Triathlon Series Races

Below is the official POINT scoring system for 2022.  Ahtletes are still required to do a minimum of 4 races to officially qualify.

To determine a baseline, we calculate the average time of the middle 80% of participants.  We then compare each individual's time to the average time by dividing average time / indvidual time and multiply by 100.  The overall average time athlete of the middle 80% gets a score of 100.

Therefore, your score will be > 100 if you are faster than the average overall of the 80% and your score will be < 100 if you are slower than the average overall of the 80%.

If you are Top 3 Overall you are excluded from the Top 3 Age Group. If you are not in the Top 3 but Top 4, you will be 1st place in your age group.

You must race Clydesdale or Athena the entire series!
