Testimonials:

Jess Joiner - I cannot say enough about the coaching experience I've had with Jason Biggs.  He continuously designs plans for me that work within my schedule of a busy work and family life, yet provides challenging but achievable workout goals with each session.  His attention to detail and knowledge of the sport has allowed me to achieve more than I ever imagined.  I would highly recommend using Jason as a coach to anyone!

Julie Birbilis - Jason became my coach in 2015 when I started to train for Ironman Mont Tremblant, my first race at the 140.6 mile distance. Jason, having raced at that distance and understanding what works and doesn't work, he was able to keep me focused on what I needed to stay focused on and helped me remain confident in my efforts, even through the not so great days. Jason does a great job of tailoring workouts to each specific athlete (based on time, other commitments, athletic background, etc), which allows each of us to be successful in our own ways. Since starting with Jason, I have completed 3 Ironmans in 11 months (injury free!) and have gotten better and better with each one. Between his years of coaching, his professional involvement with triathlons/running/swimming and his own personal experience racing, I believe Jason is a great coach and I wouldn't have been half as successful if it weren't for his guidance and expertise

Jason Ward - I started working with Jason Biggs as my triathlon coach in October 2015 because I wanted to improve my performance in longer distance races.  Jason trained me with bike workout concepts that I had not been using and combined it with short off the bike run sessions.  My bike splits this season have been better and my run splits have been dramatically improved.  He has helped me be more consistent getting to the pool improving my swim splits.

Alan Diaz - IM Lake Placid 2016 was my 4th Ironman distance race. An overall finish time and personal record of 11:07:16
. Shaving almost an hour off from my previous PR (12:01:02).  The success I had at this race is highly due to the great coaching and training plan I received from Jason. Starting early in January he prescribed training weeks that would help me add to my base fitness and gradually build to race specific workouts. Jason also helped me tune into HR training which was a key element in my race performance at lake placid. Jason's training plan and coaching advice allowed me to shave off 12 min on the swim and 48 min on the run from last years IM Mont-Tremblant race performance. My sub 4hr marathon was possible because I dialed into a low HR zone on the bike and stayed true to it for the entire ride.
