FS Series has partnered with 12th State Nutrition to provide a 6-week wellness challenge meant to reframe your mindset around eating and wellness regardless of your goals.
This challenge is different from most other nutrition and wellness offerings in that it focuses on personal attention and accountability while enhancing group cohesion and peer support. 12th State Nutrition acknowledges that most people “know what to do but just don’t do it” and with that in mind provides accountability and mindfulness with communication and education as a key to success for the long run. The challenge is meant to reframe the mindset around wellness and reduce stress, not increase it. This is not a “diet”, it’s set up for long term success for each individual on their own or with ongoing support from 12th State Nutrition.
