Why Tri?
Sunday June 28, 2020 will be the 13th running of our little neighborhood sprint triathlon!
The Rho Smile Train Triathlon was the first triathlon in the world to benefit Smile Train - the world's largest cleft lip and palate charity.
What makes this race special? Since 2008, we've generated over $315,000 in donations for Smile Train! Help make a difference by registering to participate, giving your time as a volunteer, or by making a donation to Smile Train. It all helps make this event a success for everyone - but especially for Smile Train.

Race Amenities
Every pre-registered participant will receive the official 2020 Smile Train t-shirt and finisher's medal. (Make sure to register online so we can order your shirt and medal!) All participants and their families are invited to stay and participate in the post-race party - there will be plenty of drinks and refreshments at the finish line, and children will be able to enjoy the bounce house and face painters.
Post Race Party
The post-race party is as much fun as the race! We have many of our sponsors and vendors come out giving the day the feel of a block party! Kona Ice is always there, CW Coffee Company will bring the caffeine, we will bring out a bounce house and some munchies and drinks, and there may be a yummy food vendor selling their goods. We also hope to offer massages, a kid zone, sidewalk chalk, bubbles, and a face painter or two!
Awards
The awards ceremony begins around 11:00am, and you don't want to miss it! Check back to see what the awards will be this year.
