On September 7 at 9 a.m., Back the Blue NC, Inc. will be hosting a 5k Fallen Law Enforcement Officer Honor Run. This event, aimed at honoring the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty, is not only a testament to our community's unwavering support for our law enforcement officers but also serves as a beacon of hope and solidarity for the families they leave behind.
As a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the children and families of North Carolina's fallen law enforcement officers, Back The Blue NC, Inc. is the sponsor for the 5k. The organization is the designated beneficiary for proceeds obtained from the Honor Run. Back The Blue NC, Inc. operated as a 50(c)(3) non-profit, proudly driven by volunteers, ensuring that every dollar donated directly impacts our surviving beneficiaries.
We sincerely appreciate your support of the Honor Run. Together, we can honor the sacrifice of our fallen heroes and provide tangible support to their families, ensuring that their legacies are never forgotten.
Race Details:
This 5K is open to everyone. Parking will be available at the Raleigh Police Department Driving Track off Victory Lane, off of Battle Bridge Road.
The race will start at 2300 Law Enforcement Drive at 9 a.m. Participants will enjoy a 3.1-mile run down Battle Bridge Road, down and back Brown Field Road, to Range Drive, Victory Lane, then back onto Range Drive and Battle Bridge Road, to finish on Law Enforcement Drive.
There will be a water station at the registration area and at the turnaround on the run. The race will finish at the finish line. Post-race snacks and water will be available at the finish line.
Parking and registration will open at 7 a.m.

Participants 14 and older are $30
Day of registration is $40
