If your friends are running late on race day, not to worry, you may pick up their bibs for them. IDs are not required.
Packet pickup closes at 8:00 pm sharp.
Everyone must have a bib on to cross the start/finish line, receive their medal, and to enjoy post-race amenities.**
5k participants will have a bib with a #.
1m walk participants are not timed and will receive a Catching Fireflies bib. You must check in to pickup your 1m bib.
If you are picking up a large number of bibs, there are 3 ways to pick up
1. Families - provide the Last Name of the family
2. Teams - provide the Team Name
3. Multiple people - provide a list of bib #s
You can find 1m walk participants by name and 5k participants by bib #s under the Participant Information menu here
NOTE - 17 & under Youth Participants are listed by the First Initial of Last Name.
Packet Pickup opens at 6:30 pm and closes promptly at 8:00 pm, along with online registration.
Don't be late! Volunteers are reassigned from registration to other areas. Anticipate evening traffic and long pick-up lines on race day
Official Catching Fireflies t-shirts**If you purchased a t-shirt with your registration, the back of your bib will be marked with your size, and our volunteers will direct you to shirt pickup.
Size changes will not be allowed.
**You must pickup your shirt before packet pick up closes. Shirts will not be saved or mailed.
Pets are welcomed to run, all pets must be on a leash at all times and you must clean up after your pet. Please line up at the back of the corral with your pet.
Runners are welcome to run with children in storllers.Please line up at the back of the corral behind other runners.
Children must remain in storller while out on the course.
