Parking - overflow parking at Horton's Creek Elementary School
Swim - snake swim format going down one length under the rope to the next lane and back down. 5 laps or 10 lengths - 250 yards

2025 - 10 mile Bike Turn by Turn Directions
- Exit transition area onto Stonecroft Lane - mount at the line
- Right turn onto O'Kelly Chapel Road
- Right turn onto McCrimmon Parkway
- Right turn onto Yates store road
- Right turn onto O'Kelly Chapel Road
- Start 2nd and 3rd lap by going straight on O'Kelly Chapel Road
- End of 3rd Lap - Right turn onto Stonecroft Lane - dismount at the line
- Exit transition area by the swim entrance
- Right turn upon exiting the transition area (turn right towards Stonecroft Lane)
- Cross Stonecroft Lane to the bike lane on the left side of the road
- Enter the sidewalk on O'Kelly Chapel Road
- Left turn on sidewalk to Yates Store Road
- Left turn on Hortons Creek Road sidewalk
- Left turn on Stonecroft Lane
- Turn around at the water station 1 mile in
- Back to the transition area following the out portion of the run
- Into the parking lot of the Wellness center then left turn to the finish line by the main entry way
