Come join us as we RUN OVER CANCER!

We are working with the American Cancer Society to make this race possible. All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society.

Walkers, Runners, Strollers, Pets---all are welcome.  Competitive or recreational participants can complete this outdoor 5K on the marked trail and path on the cross country course at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, NC.

RACE DAY INFORMATION:

Race starts at 2 p.m.  Medals will be awarded to all participants.  Fleet Feet gift cards will be awarded to top 3 male and female winners as well as top male and female in each age group (14under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+).

PRE-RACE INFORMATION:

• Pre-Race Packet Pick Up is open on Saturday, March 23, 2024, 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Fleet Feet store in North Raleigh (8511 Colonnade Center Drive, Raleigh, NC 27615).

• Packet Pick Up will also be open at the ROC5K event on Sunday, March 24, 2024, beginning at 12:30 p.m.

• If you ordered a race T-shirt with your registration, be sure to pick it up when you get your race packet!  If you did not order a shirt, we will have a limited number available for purchase at both packet pick up locations. T-Shirt purchases must be made by Venmo, cash, or check.

• On-site registration will also be available for anyone who would like to sign up that day to participate.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Make sure you have your running or walking shoes and any other gear you need to participate in this 5K along the trail.  We will provide limited snacks and bottled water for all participants.
