Why Run in the 2021 Frosty 10K/5K?
Where else can you find a cool 10k in Wake Forest? You can't!
Join us Saturday, Dec 11, 2021, and warm up with a great, festive run. There is a new course and location for the 2021 Frosty Run, register today to be the first to know the new 10k and 5k courses.
Don't leave your loved ones at home to miss all the fun, all distances are both stroller and dog-friendly.
(Please keep your dogs on a leash)
In case you need another reason, the beneficiary is Tri-Area Ministry Food Pantry, and everyone who participates can make a difference. A percentage of each registration goes to help Tri-Area Ministry Food Pantry to provide food and personal hygiene products to our community families in need. Together, we strive to Stop Hunger and Feed Hope.

We are committed to providing options for everyone. This year we are introducing a virtual option if you want to be part of the community and give back but prefer to do it closer to home, or on another course. You will receive all the swag and part of your registration fees will support the Tri-Area Ministry Food Pantry.Race Day Schedule of Events

8:00 am: Start of 10K
8:15 am: Start of 5k
9:30 am: Awards
10:15 am: Finish Line Closes

No guarantee on T-Shirts after 11/27/2021. No guarantee on Medals after 11/27/2021 but we will provide as many as we can.
Due to global supply chain issues, we will be providing a short shelve t-shirt this year.
Awards
The top three overall male and female winners will receive a special award. (More information to follow)
The top three male and female athletes in the following age groups will also receive awards.
8 and under; 9-11; 12-14; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70+
Must be present to claim your award.

Let's fill Tri Area Ministy's box truck with donations on race day!
Don't go to the back of your pantry and pull out the spicey olivies from that last holiday party. Think about what you'd feed your own family, then next time you are in the grocery store, grab a can of pasta sauce, along with a box of noodles, and don't forget the cereal.
Did you know that TAM also provides diapers, baby wipes and feminine hygiene products?!

Bring non-perishable food items, diapers, and feminine hygiene products on Friday to packet-pickup or race morning to help TAM feed local families and keep the Food Pantry shelves stocked.
