Building strength can come in many different ways but this 30 minute strength workout is one of my favorites. If you aren’t into running then you can pop on the bike for a spin out afterwards. My favorite element is this workout really builds the core with movements. Each month we will build on these workouts to get you 6-8 workouts to incorporate each week. I usually do 2x per week on Monday and Thursday! Disclaimer: It will take a few weeks for you to adjust to the soreness but consistency is the key. I back off the intensity as the season approaches.
