I’m always searching the internet for new things to try with the focus on overall health. I have incorporated 2-3 dinners a week with no meat focus (not totally vegan). It’s been really fun to experiment with different options and this recipe will not disappointed. I liked it so much, I decided to make it a few weeks later with chicken thighs. The other unique thing about this recipe is you can really dial into your eating habits. You can do lettuce wraps to make it lower carb or experiment with a tortilla wrap. I hope you enjoy!
