As we have seen a lot of change over the last week this provides us with an opportunity to slow down and enjoy life. We may be a little frustrated but keeping busy and focused can really break up the time. I usually cook at home about 5-6 days every week so I’m always exploring new things to cook. I went with one of my favorite salads because its quick and easy and I really enjoy flank steak. I like to cook my steak on really high heat for 2-3 minutes each side then turn the heat down to half for another 4-6 minutes depending on the size of the steak. I also let the steak cool for 10 minutes then cut accordingly. Usually the steak gets smaller on one end so you have a variety of temperatures across the steak. Hope you enjoy!
