We all want to stay healthy and get stronger because if we aren’t able to train then our rate of success goes way down!  I’ve found over the last 2 years that incorporating functional strength training into your year round program will dramatically increase your performance and keep you in the game.  Below is a workout you can complete twice a week for 4 weeks.  I recommend doing this workout on the same day as a swim workout or a run.  You can also modify the workout by using body weight only and still get a lot of benefit.  If you have any questions you can send me an email directly at jason@fsseries.com
